COVID-19 scenarios for non-profits

I have been working with various networks of Jewish non-profits to help them navigate the COVID-19 crisis and make strategic decisions about where to focus, where to partner, and where to de-prioritize their efforts over the next 24 months, and beyond. This video overview introduces the concept of scenario planning and the outlines of the four scenarios developed.
